Delivery of services subject to availability. No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked at least 72 hours before arrival and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to take up of the service. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date. Cancellation within 24 hours of a booking renders voucher null and void.
